- 05.24.26 - Tampa Fire Rescue (One on Ones - 5); 2 year old child trauma code victim subsequent to motor vehicle accident. [IRF #652]
- 05.30.26 - Tampa Fire Rescue (One on Ones - 6); 3 year old child drowning victim cardiac arrest, subsequent fatality. [IRF #653]
- 06.01.26 - Tampa Police Department (One on One - 1); Call taker took 9-1-1 call where 2 year old was found unresponsive. Call taker had a difficult time processing events of the call along with the child passing away. [IRF #654]
