VI. AOC Report (Jane Siling)
- 08.20.26 - Plant City Police Department (Debriefing - 11); On May 20, 2026, as a result of a prolonged family domestic situation, four family members, including a mother, grandmother and two young children were murdered. the three-month investigation concluded that the murder was committed by the mother, who killed herself. All the participants in the Debriefing were the investigative detectives. [IRF #658]
- 10.12.26 - Tampa Police Department (One on Ones - 10); Two officers were attempting to arrest a subject who was resisting. An officer responding to assist entered the parking lot at a high rate of speed. Due to the incline of the driveway, the responding officer did not see the two officers nor the subject and struck all three with his vehicle. Both officers and the subject were transported to the hospital. Several officers were on scene and witnessed the incident and assisted afterward. One on one check-ins were conducted with all involved officers. All injuries appear to be non-life threatening. [IRF #659]
